Frequently Asked Questions

What is your coach to camper ratio?
Because of our strong emphasis on individual attention to each camper, we strive to have one coach for every four campers.  At no point will there be more than six campers per coach.

Where are the camps located?
At the North Campus Tennis Courts.  Please Click Here for a Map of the courts.

What are age and skill level requirements?
We accept children aged 7-18, and welcome all skill and ability levels.  With our experienced coaching staff, all the children are challenged to improve with the fundamental aspects of the game.

What are the directions to the campus courts from I-5?
From I-5, Exit Genesee and Go West on Genesee.  Make a Left on North Torrey Pines Road (1st Left once you get onto Genesee).  Make a left on Northpoint Drive (1st Left).  The Tennis Courts are on your left.

Do I need to provide lunch and/or cash for my child?
No.  Lunch is provided through various local retailers such as Jersey Mike's subs, Papa John's Pizza, etc.  Please let us know if you have any special needs with your child.    Breakfast & dinner is served for Resdiential Campers in the Dining Halls.

Do you provide airport pick up?
No, we do not.  However, the local shuttle services in the area do a great job of getting campers to and from the campus.

What is your refund policy?
We give a full refund, less a $75 transaction fee, if the cancelation occurs 8 or more days prior to the start of camp.  We will refund half the registration fee otherwise.

What should each player bring to camp?
All campers should wear shorts/skirts, shirt, tennis shoes, sunscreen and a hat.   Each player is responsible for bringing their own tennis racquet/s.
For a list of things to bring to our Residential Camps, please see our tab for Camp Checklist.

Do I need a parking pass to park on campus near the courts?
Parking is free on weekends.  A Parking pass is required during the week.  Parking passes can be purchased at a machine at the Visitor's Center just south of the Tennis Courts.
