UC San Diego Tennis Camps
at University of California San Diego
San Diego, California

The Tennis Camps at UC San Diego will help players understand the fundamentals of tennis, including: stroke production, strategy, tactics and conditioning.  Head Timmer Willing directs the camps along with additional coaching drawn from the men’s and women’s tennis teams at UC San Diego. These college players have extensive experience in the junior circuit as well as in college competition, and are excellent at demonstrating the skills needed for both levels of play.

This camp will also provide the campers with an introduction to strength, agility and speed training appropriate for the camper’s age and ability. Our full training method is fairly unique and our strength and conditioning coach is fantastic. The players will train their technique in the morning session, and then apply what they learned during matches or situational games in the afternoon. Our camp is designed to quickly build understanding of the game for beginners, and to challenge experienced tennis players.

To the left of the screen is additional information regarding schedules, facilities, frequently asked questions (FAQ), maps of our campus and information about our coaching staff. If you have any questions that are not addressed in the information on this website, please feel free to use the “Contact Us” webpage to send a message directly to me.
